Dubai Gets a Taste of Vegas with Mind2Mind Performers – Mind-Blowing Connection!

Magic Duo “Mind2Mind: Connected” Captivates Audiences in Dubai

Dubai-based magician-and-mentalist duo James Harrington and Marina Liani of “Mind2Mind: Connected” are taking the entertainment world by storm with their Las Vegas-style performances that have garnered accolades from industry heavyweights like Simon Cowell, who hailed their act as “mind-blowing.”

The couple, who crossed paths in the UAE in 2017, now grace the stage weekly at Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Hotel, enthralling audiences with their mesmerizing acts.

Setting Their Sights on a Vegas-Style Show Model

With a vision to perform three to four times a week in a Vegas show model that is yet to be seen in Dubai, James and Marina aim to elevate the entertainment scene in the city.

“It’s the best thing we’ve ever done,” Harrington expressed enthusiastically. “It’s incredibly satisfying. Every week, we have kind of a gathering after the show where we get to meet and talk to people who have just seen the show, and the feedback so far has been incredible.”

Marina added, “I think it’s kind of almost there already. It’s just that one thing that’s missing — a little bit more shows.”

From Golden Buzzer to Prestigious Magic Circle Membership

Their journey includes winning the golden buzzer on “Ukraine’s Got Talent,” a memorable appearance on “Britain’s Got Talent” in 2019, and a warm reception on “America’s Got Talent” in 2022.

Reflecting on a significant milestone, Harrington shared, “When we performed at The Magic Circle, which is the world’s most prestigious magic organization based in London, they awarded us with something that I never thought I would get, which is membership to the Inner Magic Circle.”

Upcoming Appearance at FISM Convention and Addressing Accusations

The duo is gearing up for the International Federation of Magic Societies (FISM) convention in Italy in the summer of 2025, showcasing their talents on a global stage.

Despite facing allegations of using planted audience members and covert electronic devices, Harrington emphasized their commitment to authenticity in their performances. “We go to incredible lengths within our show to prove that we’re not using actors or secret electronics,” he stated. “We also have a $100,000 reward for anyone that can prove we use such methods, because we don’t, and it would be incredibly boring. There would be no art in it if we were just faking those things.”
