The Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah Welcomes Over 20 Million Worshippers During Ramadan

In a remarkable display of faith and devotion, more than 20 million worshippers flocked to the Prophet’s Mosque complex in Madinah during the first 20 days of Ramadan, as reported by Saudi authorities.

The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Prophet’s Mosque has gone above and beyond to cater to the needs of the visitors during this holy month. The total number of pilgrims who came to pray at the site has now reached an impressive 19,899,991.

Additionally, 1,643,288 individuals made the pilgrimage to Prophet Muhammad’s tomb, a sacred part of the mosque. The revered Al-Rawdah Al-Sharifa also saw a significant influx of visitors, with a total of 655,227 people paying their respects. Among them, 358,632 were men and 296,595 were women.

The authority has vowed to maintain its exceptional level of service, ensuring that all visitors and worshippers are provided with top-notch care and comfort throughout their time at the mosque.
