Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Welcomes Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas
In a grand gesture of diplomatic hospitality, Saudi Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Waleed Elkhereiji warmly greeted Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and his delegation at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
Abbas is set to take part in a special meeting of the World Economic Forum, aimed at fostering global collaboration, promoting growth, and energizing development initiatives, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
The meeting was also attended by Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, the Saudi ambassador to Jordan and non-resident ambassador to Palestine, along with Ambassador of Palestine to the Kingdom Bassem Al-Agha, adding to the diplomatic significance of the event.
