Saudi Minister Leads Delegation at GCC Industrial Cooperation Meeting
In a bid to enhance collaboration and cooperation within the Gulf Cooperation Council, Saudi Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources Bandar Al-Khorayef spearheaded the Kingdom’s delegation at the 52nd meeting of the GCC Industrial Cooperation Committee in Doha, Qatar.
During the meeting, discussions centered around the industrial sector and the progress made in establishing unified standards for Gulf products, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
Among the key topics on the agenda were initiatives put forth by Saudi Arabia, such as the Gulf Industrial Excellence Award, as well as a review of the Arab industrial integration strategy. The committee also explored ways to harmonize support for the GCC’s industrial sector to drive economic growth and address sector-specific challenges.
