He offered his warmest condolences and sincere sympathy to the families of the deceased and the people of Brazil, while expressing hope for the safe return of the missing individuals and a swift recovery for the injured.
Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman also reached out to the Brazilian president with a similar message of support and empathy.
The heavy rains and flooding in Rio Grande do Sul have left a staggering 128 people missing, with over 230,000 individuals displaced from their homes. The floodwaters have caused widespread isolation in the region, creating a dire situation for the affected communities.
