Saudi Arabia’s KSrelief Signs Agreement for Water Desalination Plant in Mogadishu

In a move to provide assistance to those in need, Saudi Arabia’s aid organization KSrelief has signed an agreement to install a water desalination plant at the kidney dialysis center of Banadir Hospital in Mogadishu.

The initiative, located in Somalia’s capital, is set to benefit 270 individuals who rely on the center for their medical treatment.

The agreement was signed by KSrelief’s Assistant Supervisor-General of Operations and Programs, Ahmed bin Ali Al-Baiz, at the center’s headquarters in Riyadh, showcasing the organization’s commitment to providing essential resources to those in need.

KSrelief Distributes Shelter Bags in Flood-Affected Areas of Pakistan

Over the weekend, KSrelief took action by distributing 585 shelter bags in Gwadar district in Pakistan’s Balochistan province, providing aid to 4,095 families affected by recent floods.

This distribution is part of KSrelief’s third phase of support for vulnerable populations in Pakistan, demonstrating the organization’s ongoing efforts to assist communities in times of crisis.

Continuing their mission to support those in need, KSrelief distributed 956 food baskets to displaced families in the north of Sudan, benefiting 5,497 individuals who are facing food insecurity.

This distribution is part of the second phase of KSrelief’s food-security project in Sudan, highlighting the organization’s dedication to addressing hunger and malnutrition in the region.
