King Salman’s Generous Gesture: Hosting 2,322 Hajj Pilgrims

In a remarkable display of generosity, King Salman has ordered the hosting of 2,322 Hajj pilgrims, including a special group of individuals. Among them are 1,000 family members of Palestinians affected by the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, as well as those held in Israeli prisons.

Additionally, 1,300 people from over 88 countries will embark on the pilgrimage, along with 22 family members of conjoined twins who were successfully separated in the Kingdom. This initiative is part of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques’ Guests Program for Hajj and Umrah, overseen by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance.

Since its inception 26 years ago, the program has hosted over 60,000 pilgrims, showcasing Saudi Arabia’s commitment to facilitating the pilgrimage for Muslims worldwide. Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah, and Guidance Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikhb emphasized the Saudi leadership’s dedication to caring for Muslims globally and fostering unity and brotherhood.

Preparations are already underway to accommodate these special pilgrims, with a strategic plan in place to ensure a seamless and meaningful Hajj experience for all.
