Riyadh Welcomes Palestinian Undersecretary at Ashraqat Hajj Company Headquarters

During a recent visit to the headquarters of Ashraqat Hajj company in Makkah, the Palestinian undersecretary at the ministry of awqaf and religious affairs, Hussam Abu Al-Rub, was warmly welcomed by the chairman of the board of directors, Muhammad Maajini, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

The meeting between Maajini and Abu Al-Rub focused on the company’s ambitious plans for this year’s Hajj season, which aim to serve around 7,000 Palestinian pilgrims. Discussions revolved around the itinerary for pilgrims making their journey to Makkah.

Abu Al-Rub took the opportunity to praise the Saudi government for its dedication to ensuring the comfort and convenience of all pilgrims. He specifically highlighted the valuable contributions of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, along with other agencies involved in organizing the pilgrimage.

In addition, Abu Al-Rub expressed his gratitude for King Salman’s generous offer to host 2,000 Palestinian family members of martyrs and individuals injured during the conflict in Gaza.
