Qat, a shrub indigenous to the Arabian Peninsula, is a mild stimulant known for its less intense effects compared to drugs like cocaine and methamphetamine.

Authorities are calling on both citizens and residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities related to drug trafficking or smuggling to the General Directorate of Narcotics Control.
