LONDON FOOD FESTIVAL BRINGS THE TASTE OF SAUDI ARABIA TO REGENT’S PARK

In a celebration of Saudi cuisine and culture, thousands of food enthusiasts have flocked to Regent’s Park for the Taste of London food festival.

SAUDI CULTURE PAVILION MAKES A SPLASH

Backed by the Kingdom’s Culinary Arts Commission, the Taste of Saudi Culture pavilion has returned for its second year at the event.

Mayada Badr, CEO of the commission, emphasized the importance of food as a gateway to understanding different cultures and showcasing Saudi Arabia’s culinary heritage.

DELICIOUS DISHES DELIGHT VISITORS

The Saudi pavilion at the festival has been drawing crowds with its array of national and regional dishes, including jareesh, muttabaq, and balilah.

Visitors can also enjoy live cooking demonstrations, a traditional Saudi coffee ceremony, and unique gifts like cookbooks and handicrafts.

ICE CREAM INNOVATION FROM SAUDI ARABIA

Yahya Maghrebi, from Kerten Hospitality, showcased innovative ice cream flavors at the London event, blending tradition with modernity.

Flavors such as Taif rose water, Jazan mango, and camel milk with dates have been a hit with festival-goers.

SHARING SAUDI HERITAGE THROUGH FOOD

Mayada Badr expressed her hope that the flavors and techniques of Saudi cuisine would inspire and resonate with visitors from diverse backgrounds in London.

The Taste of London festival continues until Sunday, offering a unique culinary experience for all attendees.
