Exciting Launch of Al-Othaim Investment’s New Cruise Ship in Hail!

Exciting News: Five-Star Hotel to be Featured on New Cruise Ship in Saudi Arabia’s Hail Region

In a groundbreaking announcement, local real estate developer Al-Othaim Investment unveiled plans for a luxurious cruise ship project in Saudi Arabia’s Hail region, which includes a five-star hotel.

Known as Al-Othaim Cruise Hail, the project spans a total area of 77,000 sq. m. and boasts a shopping mall, 276 residential units, 16 opulent palaces, and various entertainment spaces.

The hotel on the ship will offer 120 rooms, 156 apartments, and office spaces spread across six floors covering over 9,000 sq. m.

According to the company, this ambitious venture aligns with its expansion strategy to launch multiple projects across different regions of the Kingdom.

The company proudly stated, “Our staff of 4,000 young Saudi men and women serve the passengers with top-notch recreational services.”

This innovative development is poised to significantly contribute to sustainable development, aligning with the nation’s Vision 2030 goals and elevating Saudi Arabia’s status as a premier global investment hub.

Additionally, the planned cruise ship project resonates well with the ongoing support from Prince Abdulaziz bin Saad, the governor of the Hail region, to foster growth and development in the area and position it as a prime investment destination.

The project is also part of the continuous backing for the private sector from Saudi Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, who is dedicated to creating an attractive investment environment across the Kingdom’s regions and cities.

Earlier this year, Saudi Tourism Investment Co.’s CEO revealed plans for a fifth destination development in the northwestern city of Hail, following successful projects in Al-Baha, Yanbu, Al-Ahsa, and Taif.

Speaking at the Future Hospitality Summit, CEO Fahad bin Mushayt highlighted the company’s rapid progress in launching new projects and developing captivating travel destinations in Saudi Arabia.

Bin Mushayt emphasized, “In almost one year, Asfar is already playing in four destinations, with Hail coming soon, so I can reveal that.”
