The monthly classification by GACA, based on traveler complaints, includes Saudia, flyadeal, and flynas, as well as various airports across Saudi Arabia. Saudia led the pack with only 10 complaints per 100,000 travelers and an impressive 95 percent resolution rate.

Top Performers Among Airports

Among airports serving over 6 million passengers annually, King Fahd Airport in Dammam, Prince Sultan bin Abdulaziz Airport in Tabuk, and Najran Airport stood out with their low complaint rates and high resolution rates.
