Fundamental Hospitality, a renowned UAE-based hospitality company, is making its mark in Saudi Arabia by introducing several popular food and beverage concepts in the Kingdom over the next 18 months. The launch includes Alaya, Cipriani Dolci, Gaia, and La Maison Ani, with Cipriani Dolci set to open in Riyadh this year and the other concepts expected to follow suit in 2025.
CEO Evgeny Kuzin expressed the company’s enthusiasm for the Saudi market, stating, “Saudi is fast becoming a luxury dining hot spot with all the key brands of the world opening here, so it’s definitely somewhere we want to be. We are witnessing a growing demand for ‘Made in the GCC’ dining experiences, and we are excited to contribute to this vibrant culinary landscape.”
Each concept brings a distinctive flair to Saudi Arabia’s dining scene. Alaya celebrates Mediterranean cuisine with Middle Eastern influences, Gaia offers a Greek-meets-Mediterranean menu, and La Maison Ani presents French-meets-Mediterranean cuisine.
