Riyadh’s King Salman Global Academy Launches Arabic Language Month in India

In a groundbreaking move, the King Salman Global Academy for Arabic Language has officially kicked off Arabic Language Month in India, as reported by Saudi Press Agency.

Taking place in New Delhi and Kerala until July 26, this innovative program is designed to revolutionize the country’s Arabic language education curricula. The goal is to enhance teachers’ performance, create a positive image, and foster the promotion of the language.

Furthermore, the initiative aims to showcase Saudi Arabia’s dedication to this cause in alignment with the Human Capability Development Program, a key component of the Saudi Vision 2030 agenda.

Secretary-General Abdullah bin Saleh Al-Washmi emphasized that the academy has implemented a range of strategic initiatives in response to the directives of Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the Saudi minister of culture. These efforts are geared towards advancing the Arabic language both domestically and internationally.

Al-Washmi highlighted the significance of the program, emphasizing its potential to educate non-native speakers in Arabic, underscore the Kingdom’s global outreach efforts in language and science, provide direct teacher training, and elevate overall competency levels.
