Royal Reserve Welcomes 85 Beekeepers for Honey-Producing Season

In a buzzworthy event, eighty-five skilled beekeepers are gearing up to participate in this year’s honey-producing season at the Imam Turki bin Abdullah Royal Reserve, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

The reserve’s authority has officially kicked off the season at the beginning of July, with plans to wrap it up by the end of April.

With over 17,000 beehives in action, the reserve is proud to offer three exquisite varieties of honey: Wild Sidr, Acacia, and Spring Flowers.

Not stopping there, the reserve is dedicated to supporting the nation’s beekeepers by providing permits, marketing assistance, and other forms of support, according to the SPA.

Furthermore, the reserve is actively working to protect the area’s diverse wildlife and plant life while enforcing strict environmental sustainability measures.

Spanning an impressive 91,500 square kilometers, the reserve stands as the second-largest of its kind in the country.
