Dubai-based Egyptian social media sensation Islam Afro is making waves in the Arabic version of “Despicable Me 4,” currently showing in theaters across the Middle East from July 4.

Voicing Sensei O’Sullivan

In the film, Afro lends his voice to the character of Sensei O’Sullivan, a strict karate instructor. In an interview with Arab News, Afro shared his excitement about the role, stating, “Sensei is a bit tough on kids and loves discipline. I recorded my voice for other characters, but when I got the opportunity to voice Sensei, I felt it was the perfect fit and I’m grateful that the studio agreed.”
