Imaan Hammam’s Stunning Tribute to Moroccan Beauty

Imaan Hammam Celebrates Moroccan Culture in Latest Fashion Shoot

Imaan Hammam, the Moroccan Egyptian Dutch model, recently took to social media to showcase her latest fashion shoot, where she proudly celebrates Moroccan culture.

“I will always be proud when I get to show off the beauty that is Moroccan culture and collaborate with so many amazing artists and creatives,” captioned Hammam on Instagram alongside a carousel of stunning snaps.

Celebrating Moroccan Roots Through Fashion

For this shoot, Hammam collaborated with auteur Marwane Jinane, photographer Hamza Lafrouji, and fellow model and creative Cheb Pablo. The shoot captures the essence of Moroccan culture with the duo posing in various locations in Casablanca.

Lafrouji shared his excitement on Instagram, “Hood fashion shoot. Fancy threads meet street grit. Models flexin’ in the ‘hood. Iman and Pablo killin’ it. High fashion clashing with rough backdrop. Raw, edgy vibes. Flipping the script on glam. Style popping in unlikely spots. It’s fire.”

Championing MENA Artists

With 1.7 million Instagram followers, Hammam is known for promoting artists and creatives from the Middle East and North Africa region. As a fashion week staple and the brand ambassador of Estée Lauder, she has a strong influence in the industry. Hammam also curates playlists of regional music for her fans and has previously supported regional artists.

Busy Summer for Imaan Hammam

This summer, Hammam has been keeping busy, including hitting the runway at the Vogue World event in Paris in June alongside other prominent figures like Kendall Jenner, Gigi Hadid, and French Algerian icon Farida Khelfa, as well as Venus and Serena Williams.

Vogue World celebrated International Olympic Day by hosting a show themed around the Olympics, blending athleticism, French fashion, and historical razzmatazz to mark 100 years since the last Games in Paris in 1924. The event also paid homage to the founder of the modern Olympics, Pierre de Coubertin, and the International Olympic Committee.
