Don’t Miss Out: Al-Baha Honey Festival Starts Tuesday!

Al-Baha Hosts the 16th International Honey Festival

The 16th International Honey Festival kicked off in Al-Baha on Tuesday, July 23, under the patronage of Al-Baha Gov. Prince Hussam bin Saud bin Abdulaziz. Organized by the Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture, the festival is being held at the Cooperative Association of Beekeepers headquarters in Baljurashi Governorate.

A Sweet Celebration

Director general of the ministry’s Al-Baha branch, Fahd Al-Zahrani, announced that the festival will run for 14 days until Aug. 5. The event promises to be a sweet celebration of all things honey, with 90 beekeepers from seven countries showcasing their products.

Quality Assurance

Al-Zahrani emphasized that all types of honey on display are carefully tested to ensure top quality. The festival serves as a platform for beekeepers to present their finest products to a global audience.

International Participation

The festival has attracted participation from nine governmental, civil, and voluntary entities, making it one of the most significant agricultural events in the Kingdom. With exhibitors and experts from around the world converging in Al-Baha, the International Honey Festival is a buzzing hive of activity not to be missed.
