Jon Voight Slams Angelina Jolie Over Controversial Israel-Palestine Views

Jon Voight Calls Out Daughter Angelina Jolie’s Stance on Israel-Palestine Conflict

In a bold move this week, veteran actor Jon Voight publicly criticized his daughter, Angelina Jolie, for her views on the Israel-Palestine war. Voight accused Jolie of being “influenced by antisemitic individuals,” sparking controversy in the entertainment world.

Jolie’s Controversial Statement

Back in November, Jolie, a renowned humanitarian activist and former special envoy of the UN High Commission for Refugees, made a statement condemning Israel’s actions. She accused the country of “deliberately bombing children, women, families, deprived of food, medicine, and humanitarian aid” in violation of international law.

Voight Speaks Out

In an interview with Variety, Voight did not hold back. He expressed his concerns about Jolie’s beliefs, stating, “She has been exposed to propaganda. She’s been influenced by antisemitic people.” Voight highlighted Jolie’s connection to the UN and her advocacy for refugees, but questioned the authenticity of her sources.

“I love my daughter. I don’t want to fight with my daughter,” Voight emphasized. “But the fact is, I think she has been influenced by the UN. From the beginning, it’s been awful with human rights. They call it human rights, but it’s just anti-Israel bashing. She’s ignorant of what the real stakes are and what the real story is because she’s in the loop of the United Nations.”
