Shocking: Over 600 unlicensed drivers caught at Saudi airports!

Saudi Transport General Authority Cracks Down on Unlicensed Transport Services at Airports

In a bold move to enhance safety and quality for travelers, the Saudi Transport General Authority has targeted 635 individuals for offering unlicensed transport services to passengers at the Kingdom’s airports in July. This crackdown is part of a collaborative effort with the Ministry of Interior and other authorities to combat illegal activity and promote the use of licensed transport services.

The authority has made it clear that those caught providing transport services without the proper license at an airport could face a hefty fine of up to SR5,000 ($1,333) and have their vehicle seized. This strict enforcement aims to uphold regulations, protect passengers, and ensure that only authorized transport services operate at airports in Saudi Arabia.
