Mawhiba to Host Third International Conference with Theme “Beyond Creative Minds”
In a bustling city known for its innovation and forward-thinking initiatives, Riyadh is gearing up to host Mawhiba’s third international conference. Mawhiba, an organization dedicated to nurturing the talents of gifted students in scientific fields, will be presenting its Global Conference for Giftedness and Creativity from Nov. 24 to 26 at the prestigious King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center.
Khalid Al-Sharif, the organization’s acting secretary-general, is excited about the upcoming event. He describes it as a “global platform for talented and creative youth to collaborate in building a prosperous future through the exchange of ideas and expertise.”
With a theme of “Beyond Creative Minds,” the conference aims to attract experts and researchers from over 50 countries in the fields of science, technology, and innovation. These distinguished individuals will not only deliver keynote speeches but also participate in panel discussions and lead workshops.
One of the highlights of the conference will be a “creathon,” a creative marathon focused on finding innovative solutions to present-day challenges. Attendees can also look forward to exploring exhibitions and engaging in various cultural visits organized alongside the conference.
Al-Sharif emphasized Mawhiba’s commitment to developing talent, supporting creativity, and providing resources to nurture the potential of gifted individuals. He expressed gratitude to Minister of Education Yousef Al-Benyan for his unwavering support of the biennial conference, ensuring its success and impact.
