Arabic Language Prize Winners Celebrated in Style!

Riyadh Celebrates Winners of King Salman Global Academy Prize for Arabic Language

In a prestigious ceremony held in Riyadh, the winners of the King Salman Global Academy Prize for Arabic Language were recently honored in both individual and institutional categories.

Under the esteemed patronage of Minister of Culture Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan, the event highlighted four key areas of focus: Arabic language teaching and learning, Arabic language computing and services utilizing modern technologies, Arabic language research and studies, and the promotion of linguistic awareness and community initiatives.

With a total value of SR1.6 million ($426,000) for both categories, each winner was awarded SR200,000, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.

The final results were determined by judging committees, taking into account criteria such as creativity, innovation, performance excellence, impact, and achieved outcomes.

This esteemed award recognizes individuals and institutions that have demonstrated outstanding dedication to serving the Arabic language, acknowledging their contributions to preserving linguistic identity, promoting Arab culture, fostering loyalty, and enhancing communication within the Arab community.
