Prince Khalid bin Salman meets with King Abdullah II in Jordan
Prince Khalid bin Salman, the Saudi minister of defense, had a significant meeting with King Abdullah II at Al-Husseiniya Palace in Amman on Sunday. The atmosphere was filled with diplomatic greetings and well wishes as Prince Khalid conveyed messages from King Salman and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to King Abdullah, expressing hopes for further progress and prosperity in Jordan.
The discussions between Prince Khalid and King Abdullah revolved around the strong relations between Saudi Arabia and Jordan, with a focus on strategies to enhance security and stability in the region. The Saudi Press Agency provided insights into the fruitful dialogue that took place during the meeting.
Joining Prince Khalid from the Saudi side were Nayef bin Bandar Al-Sudairi, the ambassador to Jordan and Palestine, and Hisham bin Abdulaziz bin Saif, the director general of the Minister of Defense’s office. The presence of these key figures highlighted the importance of the discussions held.
On the Jordanian side, Alaa Batayneh, the director of King Abdullah’s office, and Moaz Abdulrahman Al-Zabi, director of the political affairs department at the Royal Hashemite Court, were also in attendance, adding to the depth and significance of the meeting.
