Saudi Heritage Commission Showcases Cultural Identity at “Our Heritage” Exhibition in Cairo
The Saudi Heritage Commission is making its mark at the “Our Heritage” exhibition in Cairo, Egypt, running until Dec. 21. Their pavilion is a vibrant display of handcrafted products that embody the essence of Saudi cultural identity.
With Saudi artists hailing from different regions, visitors can witness live demonstrations of traditional crafts that have been passed down through generations, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
Egyptian Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly kicked off the exhibition on Dec. 12 and took a tour of the various pavilions, including that of the Heritage Commission. Officials showcased a variety of activities and products offered by Saudi artisans, giving Madbouly a glimpse into the rich cultural heritage of the Kingdom.
Madbouly emphasized the significance of the exhibition as a platform for promoting and marketing distinctive artisanal products, while also shining a spotlight on the cultural heritage of all participating nations.
