Islamic Scholars Emphasize Unity at Ramadan Gathering in Makkah
In a powerful display of faith and solidarity, Islamic scholars gathered in the holy city of Makkah to discuss the importance of unity among the faithful. Led by Mohammed bin Abdulkarim Al-Issa, secretary-general of the MWL and chairman of the Organization of Muslim Scholars, the conference titled “Global Conference for Building Bridges between Islamic Schools of Thought and Sects” emphasized the significance of coming together as one Islamic Ummah.
During the gathering, Al-Issa declared, “Islamic Ummah is fine,” echoing the sentiment of many in attendance who believe in the strength and power of unity within the worldwide Muslim community.
