During a recent visit to the Madinah region, Saudi Deputy Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture Mansour bin Hilal Al-Mushaiti unveiled the groundbreaking “Maidani” application. This innovative tool is set to transform services in public utility markets, marking a significant step in technological advancement.
Al-Mushaiti emphasized the critical need for automating procedures to regulate violations within public utility markets and slaughterhouses. He highlighted the pivotal role of automation in ensuring public health safety and enhancing environmental oversight, aligning with the principles of sustainable development.
In addition, the deputy minister revealed key performance indicators for the ministry’s branches. These indicators will serve as a powerful tool to track, analyze, and measure progress towards goals, enabling effective monitoring of performance.
