Saudi Arabia Slams Israel’s Seizure of Palestinian Land
The Saudi Press Agency reported early Wednesday that Saudi Arabia has strongly condemned Israel’s confiscation of 800 hectares of Palestinian land in the West Bank.
In a statement from the foreign ministry, the Kingdom labeled the move as a flagrant breach of international laws, marking it as another instance of the Israeli occupation’s aggressive settlement activities.
“The Kingdom asserts that the ongoing Israeli disregard for international law and UN resolutions, with no consequences, undermines the credibility of the global system and diminishes the prospects for a fair and lasting peace built on a two-state solution,” the statement emphasized.
Saudi Arabia reiterated its plea to the global community to take immediate action to halt the systematic violations committed by Israeli settlers and to restore the confiscated lands to their rightful Palestinian owners.
