Saudi Ambassador Discusses Cultural Ties with Tokyo Governor
Saudi Arabia’s ambassador-designate to Japan, Ghazi Binzagr, engaged in a conversation about cultural ties between the Kingdom and Japan with Tokyo Governor Koike Yuriko on Friday.
Binzagr expressed his admiration for Koike’s extensive knowledge and experience, highlighting her fluency in Arabic and her sociology degree from the University of Cairo. He also noted her distinguished career, including serving as Minister of Defense.
The two officials explored opportunities to enhance cultural connections between Japan and Saudi Arabia, aiming to strengthen the bond between the two nations.
Building Stronger Relations: Ambassador Binzagr’s Commitment to Japan
Appointed as ambassador in January, Binzagr met with Japan’s Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Okano Masataka, earlier this month. He expressed his eagerness to collaborate with the Ministry and the people of Japan to deepen the historical ties already in existence between the two countries.
Binzagr looks forward to solidifying the unique relationship between Japan and Saudi Arabia, paving the way for a prosperous future built on a strong foundation of mutual respect and understanding.
