Saudi Border Guards foil attempt to smuggle 380 kg of qat into the Kingdom
In a recent operation in Al-Ardah, Jazan, the Saudi Border Guards successfully thwarted an attempt to smuggle a whopping 380 kilograms of the narcotic substance qat into the Kingdom.
The seized qat was promptly handed over to the appropriate authorities after the completion of the initial legal procedures.
Citizen arrested in Jazan for smuggling 41 kg of qat
Meanwhile, security patrols in Jazan apprehended a citizen in Al-Dayer governorate for trying to sneak 41 kilograms of qat hidden in the vehicle he was driving.
Following the necessary legal procedures, the individual was handed over to the relevant authorities for further action.
