Saudi Farms Showcase Elite Birds at International Falcon Breeders Auction

The International Falcon Breeders Auction is currently underway in Riyadh, with a record number of Saudi farms participating in the event. Out of the 35 farms in attendance, 13 are from the Kingdom, underscoring Saudi Arabia’s strong commitment to falconry as both a culture and a sport.

Naif Abdulmohsen Al-Masoud, a breeder from the Al-Nader Center for Falcons in Jeddah, is among the local participants at the auction. He expressed his gratitude towards the Saudi Falcons Club for their support towards local farms, emphasizing the significant contribution the club’s facilities have made to their work.

Located in Malham, north of Riyadh, the auction is the largest of its kind in the world. It serves as a platform for falconers and falcon producers to come together, exchange knowledge, and showcase their expertise in the field.
