King Salman Receives Letter from King Hamad of Bahrain
In a diplomatic exchange between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain, King Salman received a letter from King Hamad concerning the relations between their countries. The missive was hand-delivered by Abdulrahman Al-Rassi, the deputy minister for international multilateral affairs at the Saudi Foreign Ministry and general supervisor of its Public Diplomacy Agency. Al-Rassi was acting on behalf of Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan.
The letter from King Hamad was initially presented to Al-Rassi by Bahrain’s ambassador to the Kingdom, Sheikh Ali bin Abdulrahman Al-Khalifa, during a reception at the ministry’s offices in Riyadh. This gesture symbolizes the importance both countries place on maintaining strong diplomatic ties.
During the meeting between the minister and the envoy, discussions were held regarding the current relations between Saudi Arabia and Bahrain.
