Protecting civilians from indiscriminately planted explosives

The explosives removed by Project Masam were planted indiscriminately and posed a grave threat to civilians, including children, women, and the elderly. Demining operations took place in various regions including Marib, Aden, Jouf, Shabwa, Taiz, Hodeidah, Lahij, Sanaa, Al-Bayda, Al-Dhale, and Saada.

Empowering local demining engineers

Project Masam not only removes explosive devices but also trains local demining engineers and provides them with modern equipment. The project also offers support to Yemenis injured by these devices. Teams are dedicated to clearing villages, roads, and schools to ensure safe movement for civilians and the delivery of humanitarian aid.
