Saudi Justice Minister Launches Higher Diploma in Criminal Law Program
In a groundbreaking move, Saudi Arabia’s Justice Minister Walid Al-Samaani unveiled the first phase of the Higher Diploma in Criminal Law program for judges at criminal courts.
Aligned with the Kingdom’s progressive legislative advancements under the leadership of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman, the program aims to prioritize rights, justice, and transparency while enhancing the predictability of legal decisions.
