Honduras Grants Visa Exemption to Saudi Citizens
In a groundbreaking announcement, Honduras has officially declared that Saudi citizens no longer need entry visas to visit the country, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
The news was revealed by Antonio Garcia, the Honduran Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for Consular and Immigration Affairs, who shared the decision on the social media platform X.
This significant development follows a recent meeting between the Saudi deputy minister of foreign affairs, Waleed Elkhereiji, and his Honduran counterpart, Enrique Reyna, in Tegucigalpa.
During the meeting, in addition to the visa exemption decision, the two officials also discussed strengthening relations between Honduras and the Kingdom, as well as enhancing tourism ties between the two nations.
