Saudi Arabia’s TVTC Provides Over 25,000 Job Opportunities to Technical Training Graduates
In a groundbreaking move, Saudi Arabia’s Technical and Vocational Training Corp (TVTC) has collaborated with the business sector to offer a staggering 25,171 job opportunities for graduates of technical training programs during the month of May.
This initiative saw TVTC signing 54 agreements with various authorities and implementing 136 programs to equip graduates with the necessary skills to thrive in the job market. Additionally, the center conducted 214 meetings with human resources officials from different organizations to foster cooperation and partnerships that would attract graduates.
To gauge employer and graduate satisfaction, TVTC distributed 594 questionnaires to employers and 6,337 questionnaires to graduates. This feedback will help shape future programs and initiatives aimed at facilitating the employment of graduates.
One such initiative is the “Job Opportunity for Every Graduate” program, which aims to provide employment prospects for every graduate. TVTC has also set up career coordination offices in affiliated universities and institutes to streamline the transition from education to employment.
Moreover, TVTC organizes employment exhibitions and forums at universities and institutes to connect graduates with potential employers. In May alone, 141 employment forums and exhibitions were held across various regions of the Kingdom, showcasing the commitment of TVTC to bridging the gap between education and employment.
