Dua Lipa Steps Out in Amina Muaddi Heels Styled by Jahleel Weaver
In a fashion-forward move, British pop sensation Dua Lipa flaunted a pair of stunning heels by Jordanian Romanian designer Amina Muaddi in New York, curated by celebrity stylist Jahleel Weaver.
The Look
Weaver, known for his work with Rihanna and their collaboration with Muaddi on a Fenty shoe line in 2020, chose the designer’s Ursina Pump for Lipa’s appearance on “The Late Show With Stephen Colbert,” set to air in the US on Sunday night.
On Tour and On Trend
Lipa is currently on her “Radical Optimism Tour,” which began in Singapore and recently wrapped up in Seoul, Korea. With 68 shows already scheduled, Lipa will soon be heading to Australia in March to continue her world tour.
Amina Muaddi’s Winter Collection
Muaddi, meanwhile, is busy promoting her latest winter collection, Drop 24/25, which debuted in October. The designer took to Instagram in early December to showcase her winter-friendly shoe designs, including the Veneda stretch boot, the Anok bootie, and the Lila slipper.
Fashion Elite Favorite
Since launching her footwear line in 2018, Muaddi has garnered a loyal following of celebrities like Gigi Hadid, Kylie Jenner, and Hailey Bieber. Her brand, known for its unique footwear, bags, and jewelry, has become a go-to for the fashion elite.
Award-Winning Collaboration
Muaddi’s partnership with Rihanna’s Fenty collection earned them the Collaborator of the Year award at the 34th FN Achievement Awards in 2020. Her success was further acknowledged when she was named one of Women’s Wear Daily and Footwear News’ 50 Most Powerful Women.
