Riyadh Welcomes Capella Hotels and Resorts to NEOM
In a groundbreaking move, Saudi Arabia’s future city, NEOM, is set to introduce an 80-room wellness-focused resort with the arrival of Capella Hotels and Resorts at Elanan in the Magna region.
This exciting development from the Singapore-based hospitality group offers a unique option for travelers to the area, aligning with the Kingdom’s vision to become a prominent tourism destination in the region.
The resort is a key part of the sustainable development unfolding in northwest Saudi Arabia, showcasing a harmonious blend of natural landscapes and cutting-edge technology, as highlighted in a press release by the company.
Cristiano Rinaldi, president of Capella Hotel Group, expressed his enthusiasm for the project, stating: “By combining Saudi Arabia’s stunning natural beauty with NEOM’s innovative technology, we are poised to deliver an unmatched wellness experience that promises both joy and discovery.”

NEOM recently unveiled Elanan, a luxury guest retreat focused on well-being experiences, nestled in a serene natural setting. This announcement adds to NEOM’s portfolio of sustainable tourism destinations in the Gulf of Aqaba, including Leyja, Epicon, and Siranna, along with Utamo, Norlana, Aquellum, Zardun, and Xaynor.
