Empowering the Community: Hedayh Association’s Impact in Alkhobar

In a bustling city like Alkhobar, the “Hedayh” Association for Dawah, Guidance, and Community Awareness is making waves with its educational and outreach programs. Last June alone, they reached an impressive 15,098 individuals, leaving a lasting impact on the community.

Adeeb Al-Zamil, the chairman of the association’s board of directors, proudly shared that 12,458 people benefited from their community programs. These initiatives included a wide range of activities such as mobile dawah campaigns, outreach tours, Friday sermon translations, public lectures, and electronic dawah efforts. The association also made sure to provide informational brochures, educational lessons, and engaging video and audio clips to spread their message effectively.

But their work didn’t stop there. The association went above and beyond by publishing 973 items and distributing gifts to pilgrims passing through the Kingdom’s Eastern Province ports. Al-Zamil highlighted that 680 individuals were positively impacted by their Dawah management programs, with 360 benefiting from dawah speeches, lessons, and courses, and 320 from enlightening lectures.

The women’s section of the association was also actively involved, reaching 1,960 beneficiaries through lessons and speeches. Additionally, 180 individuals benefited from the new Muslim follow-up program, showing the association’s dedication to supporting all members of the community. To further enrich their outreach efforts, 138 books were distributed to beneficiaries, and classes for non-Muslim outreach had a positive impact on 360 women.

The “Hedayh” Association for Dawah, Guidance, and Community Awareness is truly making a difference in Alkhobar, one program at a time. Their commitment to education, outreach, and community empowerment is inspiring and showcases the power of grassroots initiatives in creating positive change.
