KSrelief Continues to Provide Healthcare in Sudan and Yemen

In a commendable effort to support vulnerable populations, the Kingdom’s aid agency KSrelief is actively providing healthcare services in Sudan and Yemen. According to the Saudi Press Agency, the agency has initiated projects aimed at improving healthcare access in these regions.

Urology Surgery Project in Port Sudan

One of the ongoing projects is focused on urology surgery in Port Sudan, which is scheduled to take place from July 13 to 20. The project involves a team of 11 dedicated volunteers who are trained in various specialties. As of now, the team has successfully completed six surgeries, making a significant impact on the community.

Orthopedic Surgery Project in Seiyun, Yemen

In addition to the urology project in Sudan, KSrelief is also actively involved in providing orthopedic surgery services in the Seiyun district of Yemen’s Hadhramaut governorate. The dedicated team has already completed seven successful operations, showcasing their commitment to improving healthcare access in the region.

Training Program for Orphan Supervisors in Hadramout

Recognizing the importance of holistic support for vulnerable populations, the agency has also initiated a training program for people supervising orphans in Hadramout, Yemen. This program, conducted in coordination with the country’s Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of individuals responsible for caring for orphans, ensuring their well-being and development.
