With support for seven languages including Arabic, English, and Filipino, the Tawakkalna app offers a plethora of digital services to assist pilgrims during their sacred journey. From real-time updates on Hajj rituals to weather forecasts for Makkah and Madinah, the app ensures that pilgrims stay informed every step of the way. It even provides readings from the Qur’an, helps determine the qibla, and offers prayer timings for convenience.

Convenient Features for Pilgrims and Workers

Pilgrims can conveniently display their digital Hajj card (Nusuk) on the app, while Hajj workers can access entry permits for holy sites with ease. The app’s “rituals” section allows pilgrims to obtain a permit for Umrah and provides additional services like a “Help Me” function, a distress call feature, and a way to verify volunteers’ credentials.

Boasting 32 million users and offering 315 electronic services, the Tawakkalna app is available in over 77 countries.
