Exciting News: Princess Nourah University’s New Academic Fast-Track Program!

Riyadh University Launches Academic Acceleration System for Female Students

In a groundbreaking move, the Deanship of Admission and Registration at Princess Nourah bint Abdulrahman University has unveiled the Academic Acceleration System for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year. This innovative system is specifically targeted towards secondary education female students who have been admitted to the university, with the goal of fast-tracking their educational journey based on their abilities and academic excellence, ultimately allowing them to graduate sooner.

The Two Tracks of the System

The Academic Acceleration System is comprised of two distinct tracks. The first track focuses on academic acceleration to bypass the foundation year, a unique concept tailored for female students in secondary education who have gained admission to the university. This track allows them to directly enroll in courses within their desired major, eliminating the need to take foundation year courses.

The second track involves a comparison process following successful completion of specialized education tests. Once a student passes these tests, they are able to enroll in the remaining courses that were not initially included in the system.

Requirements for Female Students

Female students who are interested in applying for the Academic Acceleration System must meet specific criteria. They must have been admitted to the university through one of two tracks – either the engineering foundation year or the health foundation year – and must have achieved a composite score rate of no less than 89 percent.
