Get ready for an action-packed week as the Saudi Arabian Boy Scouts Association gears up to participate in the Arab Scout Youth Forum for Digital Transformation in Salalah, Oman from Aug. 3-8.
This forum, organized by the Arab Scout Region in collaboration with the National Organization for Scouts and Guides in Oman, is all about boosting the capabilities of youth and getting them involved and empowered. Not to mention, it’s a great opportunity for national coordinators to step up their game.
With a jam-packed agenda, participants can expect to delve into topics like the fundamentals of scouting, the global scout policy, youth policy, youth participation, protection measures, and the role of adults in scouting. They’ll also review the outcomes of the September 2023 edition, touch on diversity, inclusion, and integration policies, explore new scouting initiatives, dive into sustainable development goals, and work on personal development planning.
