Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan meets with Chairman of International Humanitarian Law Committee
In Riyadh on Monday, Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan welcomed Dr. Jalal Al-Owaisi, the chairman of the Standing Committee of International Humanitarian Law, for a meeting.
The discussion between Prince Faisal, Al-Owaisi, and their delegation focused on the collaboration in the realm of international humanitarian law.
The meeting also delved into the importance of bolstering global solidarity to support initiatives aimed at ensuring human security and well-being worldwide.
Following the discussions, a memorandum of understanding was signed by the Foreign Ministry and the committee to strengthen their joint efforts in the field of international humanitarian law.
The primary goal of the MoU is to enhance cooperation, facilitate the exchange of knowledge, and promote the integration of efforts in the area of international humanitarian law.
