Saudi Presidency of Religious Affairs Rolls Out Red Carpet for First Batch of Pilgrims in Madinah

In a warm welcome fit for the occasion, the Saudi Presidency of Religious Affairs has embraced the arrival of the initial group of pilgrims at the Prophet’s Mosque in Madinah for the Hajj pilgrimage, as per the Saudi Press Agency report on Friday.

As the pilgrims set foot in Madinah, they were met with tokens of appreciation, including gifts, copies of the Qur’an, and informative booklets in their native languages.

Deputy Head of Religious Affairs at the Prophet’s Mosque, Sheikh Mohammed Al-Khudairi, expressed the presidency’s commitment to enhancing the religious journey of pilgrims, fostering a sacred environment for worship, and ensuring the success of their spiritual voyage.

The Presidency of Religious Affairs has disclosed its plans to enhance religious services through innovative approaches targeting pilgrims, such as leveraging technology, digitalization, modern media, artificial intelligence, and translation, aligning with the vision and directives of the Saudi leadership.
