Eastern Province Conducts 420 Building Inspections in Alkhobar Governorate
The Eastern Province has been busy conducting 420 building inspections in Alkhobar Governorate to ensure that all regulations are being followed. This initiative is part of a larger effort to improve services for citizens and elevate the economic and tourism status of the governorate.
Authorities have reported that the governorate has made significant strides in municipal services during the month of June, thanks to its unwavering commitment to quality standards.
Some notable achievements include the issuance of 35 occupancy certificates, 301 building permits, and seven licenses for crucial projects such as hospitals, hotels, and schools. The municipality has also reviewed and approved a multitude of projects spanning various sectors, including 16 commercial projects, 56 residential projects, two industrial projects, and 16 projects in other fields. Additionally, the municipality has received and addressed 35 reports.
This proactive approach to ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting development is a testament to the dedication of the Eastern Province to the well-being of its citizens and the prosperity of the region.
