Saudi Arabia Launches Initiative to Enhance Skills of Hajj and Umrah Workers

In a groundbreaking partnership between Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and Makkah’s Umm Al-Qura University, an initiative called Rafid Al-Haramain has been launched to elevate the skills of employees serving Hajj and Umrah pilgrims and visitors to the Kingdom.

Training for 100,000 Workers Across Sectors

The initiative aims to train 100,000 workers from the public, private, and non-profit sectors to ensure that the services they provide are top-notch and create a lasting positive impact on visitors to the Kingdom.

Four Diverse Training Programs Available

Four distinct training programs have been developed to reflect the Kingdom’s commitment to caring for the Two Holy Mosques and their visitors. Trainees will have access to the expertise of both local and international professionals, as reported by Saudi Press Agency.
