Saudi Arabia and Italy Discuss Judicial Cooperation

Al-Zaid passionately outlined the remarkable strides made in the Kingdom’s judicial sector, all thanks to the unwavering guidance of the country’s leadership in line with Saudi Vision 2030.
From issuing cutting-edge legislation to modernizing judicial procedures, from publishing pivotal rulings to meticulously documenting judicial sessions, both in the traditional physical courtrooms and on innovative electronic litigation platforms, Saudi Arabia is leading the way.
As part of her enlightening visit to the Kingdom, Cassano took a fascinating tour of the Conciliation Center in Riyadh, a hub that offers mediation services through the state-of-the-art digital Taradhi platform.
The Italian delegation also had the privilege of exploring the Commercial Court and the Judicial Command Center, pivotal players in enhancing judicial performance and championing transparent judicial procedures.
