Kuwait’s Prime Minister Performs Umrah during Official Visit to Saudi Arabia
In a symbolic gesture during the sacred month of Ramadan, Kuwait’s Prime Minister Sheikh Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah embarked on his Umrah journey while visiting Saudi Arabia.
Upon his arrival at the Grand Mosque in Makkah, Sheikh Mohammed was welcomed by a delegation of officials, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
After fruitful discussions with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman in Jeddah, Sheikh Mohammed concluded his visit and bid farewell to the Kingdom.
Deputy Governor of Makkah Region Prince Saud bin Mishal, along with Saudi government and security officials, saw off the Kuwaiti leader at King Abdulaziz International Airport.
Expressing his gratitude, Sheikh Mohammed thanked Saudi Arabia for its warm hospitality and extended well wishes for the country’s continued stability and prosperity, as per the Kuwait News Agency.
