The entertainment scene in Abu Dhabi is about to get a whole lot funnier as US comedians Chris Tucker and Andrew Schulz gear up for the inaugural edition of Abu Dhabi Comedy Week at the city’s Etihad Arena.
Get ready for a night of laughs as Schulz takes the stage on May 22, followed by Tucker with a late show on May 25, following an act by comedian Tom Segura.
Schulz wowed audiences during his last North American tour, “Infamous,” by selling out the 6,000-seat Radio City Music Hall twice in one night. His stand-up and podcast content amass an impressive 12 million views weekly across YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok.
Meanwhile, Tucker shot to stardom in the 1990s with his appearances on the HBO comedy series “Def Comedy Jam.” With hit films like “Friday,” “The Fifth Element,” “Money Talks,” and the beloved “Rush Hour” series alongside Jackie Chan, Tucker has solidified his place as a comedy legend.
