With a vision to create a vibrant neighborhood at the heart of the Kingdom’s capital, Aljabr oversees the project and construction management of various mixed-use asset classes. From commercial and residential spaces to parking and retail offerings, he is dedicated to transforming KAFD into a thriving business and lifestyle destination.
Experience and Expertise
Before joining KAFD, Aljabr held senior roles with the previous developer of the district, bringing over 17 years of experience in real estate development and project management. His background as a contractor has equipped him with the knowledge needed to excel in the construction industry.
Commitment to Sustainability
As a LEED AP certified professional, Aljabr has led sustainable initiatives in various projects, including the King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center. His dedication to sustainability extends to his role as a construction contractor for Dar Al-Arkan’s Al-Qasr Project, a multi-billion riyal complex in Riyadh.
Education and Recognition
Aljabr holds a bachelor’s degree from Imam Abdulrahman bin Faisal University and a master’s degree from Vanderbilt University. He continues to expand his knowledge through programs like the Harvard Business School real estate management program and is a candidate for Stanford Business School’s Executive Leadership program.
